Delivery & Returns
- Delivery:
1.1 Delivery Timeframes: Orders placed before 4 pm will be eligible for next-day delivery within the UAE. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
1.2 Delivery Availability: Currently, our delivery services are only available in the UAE. However, we are actively working on expanding our delivery coverage to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in the near future.
- Returns:
2.1 Return Eligibility: We accept returns for fashion goods within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the fashion goods must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain fashion items such as swimwear, underwear, and earrings may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer support for more information on specific items.
2.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to info@cottnfashion.com with your return request, including the order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the fashion goods. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
2.3 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a fashion item, please send an email to info@cottnfashion.com with your exchange request, including the order number and the item you would like to exchange. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the delivery to collect the item to be returned and deliver the new item to you.
